lt <br /> �-SIZQEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION <br /> FOR LAKE VALENTINE ROAD (COUNTY ROAD F) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Lake <br /> Valentine Road (County Road F) from 1-35W to approximately 1,200 feet east, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal Street Aid <br /> Funds on the improvements of this street, and <br /> WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for <br /> parking on both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as <br /> a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain <br /> parking restrictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the City Council of <br /> the City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on <br /> Lake Valentine Road (County Road F) from 1-35W to 1,200 feet east at all times. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS THIS 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2015. <br /> la'41"1404 <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Amy Dietl, CiFy Clerk <br />
