AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. TCAAP <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that two TCAAP topics are scheduled for <br /> discussion at tonight's meeting. <br /> Chapters 1 and 2 TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br /> Redlined and clean copies of Chapters 1 and 2 were included in the agenda packet. <br /> TCAAP Land Use Map <br /> Kimley Horn has revised the draft land use map. Changes to the map include: <br /> • Collector roads are shown. The size of development areas shown on the map excludes <br /> collector right-of-way. The size of districts/subzones on the table in the staff memo <br /> includes collector right-of-way since we have defined gross density to include right-of- <br /> way. <br /> • The Town Center and retail areas have been reconfigured to allow for parcel shapes and <br /> sizes that can be more easily developed. <br />
