If a conflict exists between this <br />Agreement, the Plans, Application, Resolution or Supporting Materials, the conflict will be resolved <br />according to the following priority: the written terms of this Agreement shall control, then the Plans, <br />Resolution, Supporting Materials and Application. The Developer will update its plans, as necessary, to <br />incorporate the re-design that is depicted in Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement approved by the City <br />Council on February 23, 2015. Additional required Plans are: <br />Plan A – Title Sheet, Notes, and Legend (C0) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 11/27/13 <br />Plan B – Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan (C1) dated 09/09/13, as revised on <br />01/15/14 <br />Plan C – Utility Plan (C2) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 01/15/14 <br />Plan D – Details (C3) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 01/15/14 <br />Plan E – Site Plan (AS 100) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 11/27/13 <br />Plan F – Landscape Plan (AL 100) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 11/27/13 <br /> Plan G – Floor Plan (A100) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 11/27/13 <br />Plan H – Elevations – Goodwill Proposed Option (A200) dated 09/09/13, as revised on <br />11/27/13 <br />Plan I – Perspective Views (A300) dated 09/09/13, as revised on 11/27/13 <br />Plan J – Colored Rendering dated 12/18/13 <br />Plan K – Lighting and Photometric Plan dated 12/16/13 <br />C. A lighting and photometric plan shall be reviewed within ten (10) days of their <br />submission and approved by the City staff and the Ramsey County Sheriff prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />D.
