<br />J. A Fire Department lock box shall be provided on the site. <br />K. Upon completion of grading and utility work on the site, a grading as built and utility as <br />built shall be provided to the City for review. <br />L. The applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the NPDES construction permit required <br />for the site. <br />M. The applicant shall acquire a Right-of-Way permit from Ramsey County for any work <br />completed in the County Road E and Lexington Avenue Right-of-Way. <br />N. On-site wayfinding signage shall be installed to clearly identify the donation drop-off <br />location, and to indicate that semi-trailer trucks may not exit the eastern access from County Road E. <br />8. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain or require its contractors and subcontractors to obtain all <br />necessary permits, which may include: <br />• Minnesota Department of Health for Watermains <br />• Right-of-Way Permit from Ramsey County <br />• MPCA Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br />• MPCA-NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit <br />• DNR for Dewatering <br />• Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />• City of Arden Hills Grading and Erosion Control Permit <br />• City of Arden Hills Building Permits <br /> <br />Copies of all permits, except those issued by the City, shall be provided to the City by the Developer. <br /> <br />9. DEWATERING. Due to the variable nature of groundwater levels and stormwater flows, it will <br />be the Developer’s and the Developer’s contractors and subcontractors responsibility to satisfy <br />themselves with regard to the elevation of groundwater in the area and the level of effort needed to <br />perform dewatering and storm flow routing operations. All dewatering shall be in accordance with all <br />applicable county, state, and federal rules and regulations. DNR regulations regarding appropriations <br />permits shall also be strictly followed. <br />8 <br />180498v2
