3. Phase III will include a building on Lot 3, Block 1, Arden Plaza in addition to the existing <br />Arden Plaza retail building located on Lot 3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL. The City Council approves the following: <br />A. The PUD-Master Plan for Lots 1-3, Block 1, Arden Plaza; <br />B. The combined preliminary/final plat (“Final Plat”) of Arden Plaza; <br />C. PUD-Final Plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Arden Plaza; <br />D. Arden Plaza Preliminary Plat, dated June 30, 2011; <br />6. Circulation Plan, dated May 4, 2009 as revised on May 22, 2009; <br />7. Site Plan, dated May 4, 2009 as revised on May 22, 2009; <br />8.
