Since Bethel’s acquisition of 2 Pine Tree Drive, Bethel has seen several <br />staffing changes. It may be helpful for the City Council to meet new Bethel representatives and <br />hear about Bethel’s plans. <br /> <br />Patrick Brooke, Chief Financial Officer, and Joe LaLuzern, Vice President of Planning and <br />Research, will attend the March 16, 2015 work session and will provide information on Bethel’s <br />Master Plan process; occupancy of 2 Pine Tree Drive; and plans for the former library site and <br />the County Road F office building. <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
