Discuss upcoming tasks, items of concern and questions related to <br />planning activities within the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The City Council has asked the Planning Commission to join them for a joint work session to <br />discuss the 2015 Planning Commission Work Plan and other planning-related items. The <br />Planning Commission reviewed the draft work plan at a work session following their regular <br />meeting on March 4, 2015. The draft minutes from the work session on March 4th have been <br />included (Attachment B). <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The City Council is being asked to provide input and feedback on the draft work plan <br />(Attachment A). In addition, this meeting is an opportunity to discuss other planning-related <br />items. The City Council may provide feedback to the Planning Commission on their role, ask <br />questions and discuss items of concern. The Planning Commission may provide input to the City <br />Council on important planning items they see in the community and bring up topics of interest or <br />concern. <br />
