<br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council Meeting for March 30, 2015 <br />P:\Planning\Planning Cases\2015\PC 15-001 - Boston Scientific - Master PUD Amendment and <br />Subdivision\Memos_15-001 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEM – 5G <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 30, 2015 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #15-001 <br /> Property Owner: Boston Scientific Corporation <br /> Property Location: 4100 Hamline Avenue North <br /> Subject: Twelfth Amendment to Master Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Twelfth Amendment to the Boston Scientific Master Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) Agreement, based on the February 23, 2015, City Council approval of <br />Planning Case 15-001. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On February 23, 2015, the City Council approved Planning Case 15-001 for a Preliminary and <br />Final Plat and a PUD Amendment for the Boston Scientific campus at 4100 Hamline Avenue <br />North. The subdivision will create a 15.6 acre parcel at the corner of County Road F and <br />Hamline Avenue North that includes Buildings A, B, and C and Parking Ramp One. Boston <br />Scientific intends to sell this parcel to a new property owner. The remainder of the 78 acre site <br />will continue to function as the Boston Scientific Campus. A PUD Amendment was required to <br />reflect the change in property boundaries and to update the existing Campus Master Plan. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has prepared the Twelfth Amendment to the Master PUD Agreement and the <br />document has been reviewed and signed by Boston Scientific (Attachment A).
