That the maintenance agreement between the RCWD and the developer for the <br />stormwater filtration system shall be provided to the City before the issuance of any <br />development permit. <br />17. That the RCWD Easements on Lot 7 shall be revised to reflect the flood plain limits <br />or provided in writing to indicated that an encroachment is permitted into the <br />easements held by the RCWD. The easement revision or encroachment permit shall <br />be provided to the City and approved by the City Attorney prior to the execution of <br />the final plat. <br />18. Driveway easements providing for cross access and maintenance agreements shall be <br />submitted to the City and approved by the City Attorney and recorded by the <br />Developer prior to the execution of the final plat. <br />19. Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing was published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on February <br />18, 2015, and mailed to all properties within 1,000 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />Staff received an email from Kristine Poelzer (1870 Indian Place) expressing her support of the <br />proposed Valentine Bluff project (Attachment L). <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on January 26, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by March 26, <br />2015, (60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60- <br />day review period. <br /> <br />The petitioner was notified on February 13, 2015, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
