The Planning Commission recommended as a condition of approval that <br />the final plans for the demising wall between Frattallone’s Hardware and the Arden Plaza <br />building meet the standards outlined in this memo. The City Engineer has provided comments <br />included in the attached memo dated January 13, 2015. Those comments related to specific site <br />operation requirements were recommended as conditions of approval by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Fire Department <br />The Fire Marshal has provided comments included in the attached memo date January 12, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case 15-002 at their regular meeting on February <br />4, 2015.
