Adopt Resolution 2015-016 Setting the Date for the Assessment Hearing for the 2015 <br />PMP - Venus/Crystal Neighborhood on Monday, April 27, 2015 <br />3. Adopt Resolution 2015-017 Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering the Preparation <br />of the Assessment Roll for the 2015 PMP - Grant/Noble/Lake Lane Neighborhood <br />4. Adopt Resolution 2015-018 Setting the Date for the Assessment Hearing for the 2015 <br />PMP - Grant/Noble/Lake Lane Neighborhood on Monday, May 4, 2015 <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />As per Council direction, bids were opened on Thursday, March 19, 2015 for both 2015 <br />Pavement Management Program (PMP) projects: Venus/Crystal Neighborhood and <br />Grant/Noble/Lake Lane Neighborhood. There were a total of 8 bids received. The following list <br />provides the bidder’s name and their total bid. A full bid tabulation is attached as Attachment A. <br /> <br />Valley Paving, Inc. $3,911,980.18 <br />Astech Corporation $4,236,436.72 <br />Palda & Sons, Inc. $4,309,867.43 <br />Park Construction Co. $4,339,078.97 <br />Northwest Asphalt, Inc. $4,536,575.67 <br />T.A.
