'It <br /> -` HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2015-023 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING <br /> CARTS FROM CASCADE ENGINEERING <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills requires the collection and proper management of <br /> recyclables within the limits of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City approved a new recycling contract with Republic Services on <br /> February 23,2015,and <br /> WHEREAS,the new recycling contract states that the City will provide recycling carts for <br /> residents for the collection of recyclable materials, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires to purchase recycling carts from Cascade Engineering based <br /> on their agreement and pricing through the National Joint Powers Alliance(NJPA); <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> That the City will purchase 2,600 sixty-four(64) gallon recycling carts and 200 thirty- <br /> two gallon recycling carts from Cascade Engineering in the amount of$102,980.00. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 30"DAY OF MARCH,2015. <br /> Aa"') <br /> ATTEST: DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br /> �jjfl -t-tl <br /> AMY DIETL, Y LERK <br />
