It- <br /> ,-A�EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-027 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED NORTH SUBURBAN <br /> COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE <br /> WHEREAS,the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement <br /> was established in 1983; <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission Joint Powers Agreement <br /> was amended in 1990; <br /> WHEREAS, amendments have been suggested to the North Suburban Communications <br /> Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable <br /> Communications Franchise; <br /> AND WHEREAS, approving the amended North Suburban Communications <br /> Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a Cable <br /> Communications Franchise create current practice, language consistency and clarity. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> That the City of Arden Hills hereby approves the Amended North Suburban <br /> Communications Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a <br /> Cable Commissions Franchise. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 30th <br /> DAY OF March, 2015. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �',A(U�t--tl <br /> Amy Dietl, Ci Clerk <br />
