APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Woodburn seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. Northeast Youth and Family Services Report to the Council <br /> Jerry Hromatka, President and CEO of Northeast Youth and Family Services (NYFS), stated <br /> that he appreciated the Council's time for this presentation. He provided the Council with an <br /> update on the events taking place at NYFS. He noted that 4,000+ youth, families, and individuals <br /> had been served by NYFS in 2014.
