ORDINANCE NO. 2015-002 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-002 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE ORDINANCE SECTION 1325.05 – DESIGN <br />STANDARDS TO AMEND SUBD. 8 – ADDITIONAL DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE <br />B2 AND B3 DISTRICTS IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OF THE <br />NPDES/SDS AND RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections 1325.05 Subd. 8 (R) shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1325.05 Design Standards. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 (R) Drainage/Water Management Plan. Stormwater management plans shall <br />comply with Rule C: Stormwater Management Plans of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District Rules. <br /> <br /> <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> <br /> <br />Adoption Date.
