APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Woodburn moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (3-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. TCAAP Update <br /> City Administrator Klaers stated that special City Council work sessions will be held at 6:00 pm <br /> on Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25 to discuss final edits to the draft TCAAP <br /> Redevelopment Code. He noted that the Joint Development Authority will meet on Monday, <br /> February 2nd at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. <br />
