ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—FEBRUARY 23, 2015 9 <br /> determine the amount of wholesaling and warehousing uses in each <br /> building. <br /> The amendment carried (3-0). <br /> Councilmember Holden suggested that Condition #16 be added and read: Roberts Management <br /> Group will communicate their construction plan to HealthPartners. <br /> AMENDMENT: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Pro-Tem McClung <br /> seconded a motion adding Condition #16 which will read: The <br /> Developer shall notify the owner of the neighboring medical building <br /> of their construction schedule and any changes. <br /> The amendment carried (3-0). <br /> Councilmember Holden suggested that Condition #17 be added and read: Roberts Management <br /> Group will meet with HealthPartners to discuss the potential of planting four trees on <br /> HealthPartners property to assist in screening the new dock area. Trees will be planted at <br /> HealthPartners' discretion with the assistance of the City Planner. <br /> AMENDMENT: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Pro-Tem McClung <br /> seconded a motion adding Condition #17 which will read: The <br /> Developer shall work with the owner of the neighboring medical <br /> building regarding additional screening of the loading dock area along <br /> Building 2 and offer four (4) tree plantings to be installed on their <br /> property at Developer's cost. <br /> The amendment carried (3-0). <br /> Councilmember Holden suggested that Condition #18 be added and read: Developer shall <br /> provide architectural relief similar to the north elevation on the loading dock side of the northern <br /> building. <br /> AMENDMENT: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Pro-Tem McClung <br /> seconded a motion adding Condition #18 which will read: The <br /> Developer shall provide additional fagade treatments on the south <br /> facade (loading dock area) of Building 2 similar to north facade but <br /> not requiring use of the anodized aluminum materials. <br /> The amendment carried (3-0). <br /> The amended motion carried (3-0). <br /> B.
