ORDINANCE NO.2015-002 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-002 <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CODE ORDINANCE SECTION 1325.05—DESIGN <br /> STANDARDS TO AMEND SUBD. 8—ADDITIONAL DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE <br /> B2 AND B3 DISTRICTS IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OF THE <br /> NPDES/SDS AND RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections 1325.05 Subd. 8 (R) shall be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> 1325.05 Design Standards. <br /> Subd. 8 (R) Drainage/Water Management Plan. Stormwater management plans shall <br /> comply with Rule C: Stormwater Management Plans of the Rice Creek Watershed <br /> District Rules. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
