CONSENT ITEM – 1A <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: May 4, 2015 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Ryan Streff, City Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #15-004 <br /> Applicant: Landmark of Arden Hills, LLC <br /> Property Location: 1941 & 1901 County Road E2 <br /> Subject: Valentine Bluff Development Contract <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to approve the Valentine Bluff Development Contract, based on the March 30, 2015, <br />City Council approval of Planning Case 15-004. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />On March 30, 2015, the City Council approved Planning Case 15-004 for a Preliminary & Final <br />Plat, Rezoning, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment in order to subdivide the two (2) parcels of <br />property into seven (7) single-family lots at 1941 & 1901 County Road E2. The City Attorney <br />has prepared the Development Contract (Attachment A). The document has been reviewed and <br />signed by Landmark of Arden Hills, LLC. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
