Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />15-009 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment in order to construct a soccer facility <br />building on the Ona Orth Athletic Field complex located at 3900 Bethel Drive, based on the <br />findings of fact, submitted plans, and the seven (7) conditions in the May 6, 2015, Report to <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 15- <br />009 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment in order to construct a soccer facility building <br />on the Ona Orth Athletic Field complex located at 3900 Bethel Drive, based on the findings <br />of fact and the submitted plans in the May 6, 2015, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 15-009 for a <br />Conditional Use Permit Amendment in order to construct a soccer facility building on the <br />Ona Orth Athletic Field complex located at 3900 Bethel Drive, based on the following <br />findings of fact….. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 15-009 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment in <br />order to construct a soccer facility building on the Ona Orth Athletic Field complex located <br />at 3900 Bethel Drive: a specific reason and/or information request should be included with <br />a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing was published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on April 22, <br />2015, and mailed to all properties within 500 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff received an email from Thomas House (1483 Arden Oaks Drive) outlining his concerns <br />regarding the Ona Orth Athletic Field complex (Attachment D). Staff has been in contact with <br />Bethel University and they are working with Mr. House to address the noise related issues <br />addressed in the email received by staff. No other letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from <br />property owners or residents in regards to this planning case have been received. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 1, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City is required to act on this request by May 30, 2015,
