ORDINANCE NO.2015-003 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2015-003 <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE SECTION 1140—REQUIRED <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO ADD SECTION 1140.08 IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE <br /> CONDITIONS OF THE NPDES/SDS AND RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections 1140.08 shall be added to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 1140.08 Stormwater Management. <br /> Stormwater management plans shall comply with Rule C: Stormwater Management Plans <br /> of the Rice Creek Watershed District Rules. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
