<br />City of Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission Meeting for February 4, 2015 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: February 4, 2015 PC Agenda Item 6.B <br /> <br />TO: Planning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Report from the City Council <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />January 26, 2015, City Council Regular Meeting <br /> <br />The City Council approved (5-0) Planning Case 14-032 for a Minor Subdivision, Lot <br />Consolidation, and Variance at 4605 Prior Avenue and 4703 U.S. Highway 10. Approval of this <br />case allows for the transfer of a 2,673 square foot portion of the Arden Manor property to the <br />adjacent Big Ten Supper Club property. The Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case 14- <br />032 on January 7, 2015, and recommended approval (5-1, Holewa). <br /> <br />The City Council also approved (5-0) Planning Case 14-045 for a Site Plan Review requested by <br />Frattallone’s Hardware for a reduction in the number of required parking spaces for their <br />proposed office use at 1203 County Road E. The Planning Commission recommended approval <br />(6-0) of this planning case on January 7, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br />January City Council Work Sessions <br /> <br />The City Council continued to discuss the draft TCAAP Redevelopment Code at their three <br />January work session meetings. Discussions this past month have focused on Sections 6 and 7, <br />which address site development and building design standards, and Section 3, which covers the <br />administration of the Code. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
