The plans were
prepared by Larson Engineering Inc. and are dated 01-26-15.

The following are my revised comments:

1. The driveway connection to Northwoods Drive leaves no place for city public works
to pile snow and is unacceptable as proposed.

2. The developer will need to provide written permission from the adjacent
land owner to allow for this work. (no change)

4. Each building needs to be served by a separate sewer service connected to a public
sewer or provide a recorded document describing the ownership and maintenance of
the shared system.(No change)

5.
