On the 5th day of January, 2015, Wellington Management, Inc., on behalf of <br />Arden Plaza, submitted an application requesting that the City approve a Preliminary and Final <br />Plat, a Planned Unit Development Amendment and a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the <br />Property (“Application”).
