lt <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2015-030 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 2015 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement of the City of <br /> Arden Hills 2015 Pavement Management Program,the improvement of the following streets: <br /> • Venus Avenue, Dellview Avenue to Rolling Hills Road <br /> • Crystal Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Lake Valentine Road <br /> • Glenview Court, Glenview Avenue to Cul-De-Sac <br /> • Glenview Avenue, Crystal Avenue to Fairview Avenue <br /> • Dellview Avenue, Crystal Avenue to Venus Avenue <br /> • Fairview Avenue,Gramsie Road to Venus Avenue <br /> • Rolling Hills Road,Gramsie Road to Venus Avenue <br /> • Gramsie Road,Rolling Hills Road to Dellview Avenue <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Valley Paving, Inc., of Shakopee, Minnesota, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$3,826,471.88; <br /> THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Valley Paving, Inc., for $3,826,471.88 in the name of the City of Arden <br /> Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br /> Administrator. <br /> 2.
