�-ADEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-029 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 2015 <br /> PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM—GRANT, NOBLE,LAKE <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City <br /> Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br /> improvement of the City of Arden Hills 2015 Pavement Management Program improvement <br /> of the following streets: <br /> Grant Road,New Brighton Road to Fairview Avenue <br /> Fairview Avenue, Grant Road to Alley <br /> Noble Road, Fairview Avenue to New Brighton Road <br /> Lake Lane, Lake Johanna Boulevard to West end <br /> THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council that: <br /> 1. Such proposed assessment roll, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br /> is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br /> therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br /> proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. Such assessment assessed against each parcel of land shall be payable in equal annual <br /> installments extending over a period of ten (10) years, unless prepaid, the first of the <br /> installments to be payable with general taxes levied in 2015, collectible with such taxes <br /> during the year of 2016. The assessment shall bear interest at the rate of 4.30 percent per <br /> annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment <br /> shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until <br /> December 31, 2013. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for <br /> one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> 3. If the adopted assessment differs from the proposed assessment as to any particular lot, <br /> piece, or parcel of land, the City Administrator shall mail to the owner a notice stating the <br /> amount of the adopted assessment. The administrator must also notify affected owners of <br /> any changes adopted by the Council in interest rates or prepayment requirements from those <br /> contained in the notice of the proposed assessment. <br />
