Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City <br />and mailed to property owners within five hundred (500) feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />The City has received one comment from a resident (1580 Oak Avenue) in support of the <br />proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 6, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by June 5, 2015 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
