Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City <br />and mailed to property owners within five hundred (500) feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comments <br /> <br />Staff received a letter from the East Round Lake Residents and Property Owners dated May 5, <br />2015, regarding this planning case. The letter is included in Attachment G. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 26, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by May 25, 2015 <br />(60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day <br />review period. <br /> <br />The petitioner was notified on May 7, 2015, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day review <br />period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by July 24, <br />2015 (120 days). The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period <br />beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
