An automatic dimmer module shall be installed to reduce the nighttime light output of the LED accent lights on the canopy and building to no more than 350 nits. 4. An automatic dimmer module shall be installed on the existing monument sign on the property to reduce the nighttime light output of the LED lights on the sign to no more than 350 nits. Options 1. Notice Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within five hundred (500) feet of the subject property. Resident Comments Staff received a letter from the East Round Lake Residents and Property Owners dated May 5, 2015, regarding this planning case. The letter is included in Attachment G. Deadline for Agency Actions The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 26, 2015. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by May 25, 2015 (60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review period. The petitioner was notified on May 7, 2015, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day review period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by July 24, 2015 (120 days). The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days.
