Attachment to the Application of Holiday Stationstores to amend the building and canopy exterior <br />elevations of the PUD to allow installation of 0.75 inch diameter LED illuminated architectural accents on <br />the canopy and building at 1920 Hwy. 96. <br /> <br /> <br />Orderly development of the neighborhood and the city within the general purpose and intent of this <br />Zoning Code and the Comprehensive Plan for the City. <br /> <br />Holiday has been part of the community at this site since 2005. The slight, incremental, visual effect of <br />the addition of the proposed architectural accents at this site are buffered and mitigated by the dimming <br />and diffusion of the LED lighting with the installation proposed and the character of the surroundings <br />with no sensitive receptors, assuring continued compatibility of the Holiday Stationstore with its <br />neighbors. <br /> <br />Approval of this application for an amendment within a PUD will create no city wide permission nor <br />establish a precedent for the use of these accents elsewhere in the City without amendment or other <br />specific approval or permission. <br /> <br /> <br />3/24/15 <br /> <br /> <br />2
