The JDA shall have the authority to administratively <br />approve a request for a Permitted Adjustment. <br /> <br />Primary Entrance <br />The public entrance located along the front of a building facing a street or sidewalk that <br />provides access from the public sidewalk to the building. It is different from a secondary <br />entrance which may be located at the side or rear of a building providing private controlled <br />access into the building from a sidewalk, parking or service area. <br /> Private Common Open Space <br />A privately owned outdoor or unenclosed area, located on the ground or on a terrace, deck, <br />porch, or roof, designed and accessible for outdoor gathering, recreation, and landscaping <br />and intended for use by the residents, employees, and/or visitors to the development. This may <br />or may not be accessible to the public, but shall be maintained privately. <br /> <br />Property Line <br />A line dividing one lot or property from another or from a right-of-way. <br />R <br />Residential Use Building <br />Means a building that is built to accommodate only residential uses on all floors of the building <br />such as a detached single-family home, attached single-family home (i.e., townhome), two <br />family home (i.e. duplex), Manor Home (3 to 8 units), apartment building (under single <br />ownership or under multiple owners within a condominium regime). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
