<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2015 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Brent Bartel, Andrew Holewa, Steven <br />Jones, Phillip Neururer, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Angela Hames <br /> <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher; City Planner Ryan Streff; <br />Associate Planner Matthew Bachler; and Councilmember Robert Woodburn. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – FEBRUARY 4, 2015 <br /> <br />Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />January 7, 2015 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to approve the <br />January 7, 2015, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />A. Planning Commission Appointment <br /> <br />City Planner Streff explained that Phillip Neururer submitted an application to be considered <br />for appointment on the Planning Commission. Consistent with the City’s policy on commission <br />and committee appointments, Mr. Neururer was interviewed by a panel consisting of the Mayor, <br />the Chair of the Planning Commission, the Council Liaison to the Planning Commission, and the <br />staff Liaison to the Planning Commission.
