Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 15- <br />004 for a Preliminary & Final Plat, Rezoning, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment to <br />subdivide the property into seven (7) single-family lots at 1941 & 1901 County Road E2, <br />based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the March 4, 2015, Report to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3.
