APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the results of the second part of the <br />Fit Test were presented to the City Council today at a special work session at 5:30 pm. She also <br />noted that with the approach of spring and completion of demolition, Councilmembers are <br />requested to notify staff if they would like a site tour.
