AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that at the April 20, 2015, City Council <br />work session, staff believes that the City Council provided the following direction: <br /> <br />1. Adjust the density in the NB-1 Subdistrict to allow lot sizes of approximately 85 to 90 feet <br />wide by 150 feet deep; <br />2. Limit multi-family to 450 units and adjust acreage accordingly; <br />3. Combine the NT-1 and NT-2 Subdistricts with an allowed density range of 6 to 12 units <br />per acre; <br />4. Adopt the Town Center layout for Fit Test Option #2 which expands the retail area and the <br />green space along the pedestrian corridor, but adjust acreages and densities for the Town <br />Center and Neighborhood Transition Districts as noted above; and
