APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP)Update <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the results of the second part of the <br /> Fit Test were presented to the City Council today at a special work session at 5:30 pm. She also <br /> noted that with the approach of spring and completion of demolition, Councilmembers are <br /> requested to notify staff if they would like a site tour. <br />
