ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—APRIL 13, 2015 13
Mr. Frattallone stated that generally April was a slower month when compared to May and June.
He provided further comment on the percentage of outdoor sales that occurred April through
October.
Mayor Grant requested further comment on how the outdoor storage would ebb and flow
throughout the year.
Mr. Frattallone explained that this topic was discussed at length with staff. He appreciated
staff's time and patience in addressing his outdoor storage needs. He then discussed how
purchases for dirt and mulch were made in the fall for spring sales. It was noted that spring sales
differed year by year depending on the weather.
