If completed, include a <br />summary of the findings below: <br />An AUAR was completed in 2014 for the site including "Minimum" and "Maximum" development scenarios. According to <br />the AUAR, wastewater facilities have capacity to handle long-term capacity needs, sanitary sewer will need to be extended <br />into the site, temporary dewatering may be required, wetlands may be impacted, a new creek crossing is required, there is <br />potential for contaminants to be encountered, there are ecologically sensitive resources on-site, and traffic will increase on <br />the regional network.
