ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – October 8, 2014 17 <br /> <br />• Preliminary Plat Review (Infrastructure Team) <br /> <br />January 25, 2015, Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, Council Chambers <br />• Receive Infrastructure Feasibility Report (Infrastructure Team) <br /> <br />Staff anticipated that additional regular and special work session meetings will be scheduled to <br />discuss regulations and policies, the infrastructure study, and other TCAAP issues. Future <br />meeting topics will be defined as those dates draw nearer. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman recommended staff speak with the Mounds View School District to <br />discuss the impacts the development of TCAAP will have on the district. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher explained the school district was aware of the <br />plans for TCAAP and was welcoming the influx of school aged children. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />October 8, 2014, Planning Commission Meeting at 8:54 p.m. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br />
