<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: February 4, 2015 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2015 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Brent Bartel, Angela Hames, Andrew <br />Holewa, Steven Jones, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> Also present were: City Planner Ryan Streff; Associate Planner Matthew Bachler; and <br />Councilmember Fran Holmes. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – JANUARY 7, 2015 <br /> <br />City Planner Streff indicated that Planning Case 14-034 has been withdrawn by the applicant <br />and should be removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as amended. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />December 3, 2014 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Holewa, to approve the <br />December 3, 2014, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />December 3, 2014 – Planning Commission Work Session <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Holewa, to approve the <br />December 3, 2014, Planning Commission Work Session as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (6-0). <br />
