ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – January 7, 2015 15 <br /> <br />• Adoption of TRC <br />• Approve release of Comprehensive Plan Amendment for formal review period <br /> <br />Staff reported that additional regular and special work session meetings may be scheduled to <br />discuss regulations and policies, the infrastructure study, and other TCAAP issues. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa requested further information on how projects would be reviewed and <br />approved by the JDA. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff discussed the approval process in detail with the Commission. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes reported that once the TCAAP site is fully developed authority over <br />the site will be returned to the City from the JDA. <br /> <br />Chair Thompson encouraged the Council to continue working with developers on the code in <br />order to keep the TCAAP project moving forward. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued regarding vertical mixed use developments in the Town Center area of <br />TCAAP. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jones encouraged the City to wire the TCAAP site with fiber optic lines. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Hames, to adjourn the January <br />7, 2015, Planning Commission Meeting at 8:28 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />
