Ordinance 2015-005 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2015-005 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.03 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, Section 800.03 of the City Code <br />shall hereby be amended by adding a new Subdivision 12 to read as follows: <br /> <br />800.03 Parking Regulations. <br /> <br />Subd. 12 Temporary Parking Restrictions. The City Administrator or <br />designee may post temporary parking restrictions on City streets for up to <br />thirty (30) days in duration. Temporary parking restrictions may include, but <br />are not limited to, no parking, 2 hour parking, and parking on one side of the <br />street. <br /> <br />Effective Date <br /> <br />. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> <br />Adoption Date.
