6 <br />179018 <br />to be completed and submitted by the Developer one year after the full redevelopment of <br />the site. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. APPROVAL. The City Council approves the application of the Developer subject to the <br />terms and conditions specified above, and all terms and conditions of previous approvals remain in full <br />force and effect, except as modified by this Agreement. <br />2. PLANS. Developer shall construct the project in accordance with the submitted and <br />approved plans as amended by the conditions of approval specified above. Any significant changes to the <br />following plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the above-named parties have caused this Agreement to be executed <br />as of the date and year first above written. <br />
