WORK SCHEDULES <br /> Section 8.1 <br /> If the City authorizes "summer work hours," employee work schedules will be <br /> consistent with other departments' summer hours, as determined by the City for the <br /> duration of that schedule. <br /> ARTICLE IX. OVERTIME PAY <br /> Section 9.4 <br /> Maximum compensatory time accumulated shall not exceed forty (40) hours. If the <br /> maximum is exceeded,the employee will receive overtime pay to reduce the <br /> accumulation to the maximum allowed. <br /> ARTICLE XXII. GROUP INSURANCE <br /> Section 22.1 <br /> Effective January 1, 2001, the employer will contribute up to a maximum of$400.00 <br /> per month per employee, including dependent coverage,to the Operating Engineers <br /> Local No. 49 Health and Welfare, administrator's for group health and dental <br /> insurance.
