Design standards for public and private development that enhance the site <br /> and adjacent land uses. <br /> 6. Preservation of TCAAP's natural assets, including development of a <br /> regional park that includes the Marsden Lake area. <br /> 7. A broadened tax base and economic development opportunities for the City <br /> of Arden Hills in those areas of the TCAAP site not already delineated for <br /> open space/recreational uses, the Arden Hills City Hall, and County and City <br /> public works facilities. <br /> 8. A variety of housing types for households with a wide range of incomes. <br /> 9. A transportation system focused primarily on the needs of the TCAAP site. <br /> 10.
