Ordinance 2015-005 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE 2015-005 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.03 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 8, Section 800.03 of the City Code <br /> shall hereby be amended by adding a new Subdivision 12 to read as follows: <br /> 800.03 Parking Regulations. <br /> Subd. 12 Temporary Parking Restrictions. The City Administrator or <br /> designee may post temporary parking restrictions on City streets for up to <br /> thirty(30) days in duration. Temporary parking restrictions may include, but <br /> are not limited to, no parking, 2 hour parking, and parking on one side of the <br /> street. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
