City of Arden Hills – 2030 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: September 28, 2009 <br />13-12 <br /> <br />Split by the Roseville-Arden Hills border, Northwestern College is located in the south <br />part of the City on the southern shore of Lake Johanna. The College does not have <br />road access into Arden Hills; however, many of the College’s educational buildings are <br />located in Arden Hills. Both Roseville and Arden Hills approved a long range Master <br />Plan for Northwestern College in October 2007. <br /> <br />Bethel University and Northwestern College have abundant natural resources and trails <br />that are open for use to the residents of Arden Hills. The City strives to maintain a <br />strong working relationship with both institutions to help ensure long term recreational <br />access to these campuses and to coordinate any changes or expansions with the <br />adjacent residential areas.
