ORDINANCE NO. 2015-007 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, OF THE <br /> ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE, ZONING CODE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, of the Arden Hills Code, is hereby amended <br /> by adding Section 1380, TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC). <br /> SECTION 2. The TRC shall control development in the area legally described in <br /> Attachment A and shown on the City Zoning Map. <br /> SECTION 3.
