New Antennas, dish antennas and towers are allowed only as conditional accessory uses. <br /> They are therefore allowed only on property containing a principal use to which the antenna, <br /> dish antenna or tower is accessory. <br /> 1305.04 Definitions. <br /> • Building, accessory structure or use. A subordinate building structure or use which is located <br /> on the same lot on which the principal building or use is situated and which is reasonable <br /> necessary, appropriate and incidental to the conduct of the primary use of such principal <br /> building or principal use. <br /> 1305.04 Definitions. <br /> • Structure, accessory. A detached, subordinate structure, the use of which is incidental and <br /> related to that of the principal use of or principal structure on the lot on which it is located. <br /> 1305.04 Definitions. <br /> • Use, conditional accessory. A use which is both an accessory use and a conditional use and <br /> which, after due consideration by the Commission and Council, pursuant to the applicable <br /> procedures contained herein, may be allowed as an accessory use by Conditional Use Permit <br /> granted by the Council. <br />
