Rights-of-Way or any emergency actions taken <br /> by the City; <br /> D. franchise fees, if applicable. <br /> Subd. 4 . Payment of disputed amounts due the City by posting <br /> performance security or depositing in a City- <br /> approved escrow account an amount equal to at least <br /> 110% of the amount owing. <br /> Subd. 5 . When an Excavation Permit is requested for purposes <br /> of installing additional equipment, and the posting <br /> of a restoration bond for the additional equipment <br /> is insufficient, the posting of an additional or <br /> larger restoration bond for the additional <br /> equipment may be required. <br /> Sec. 360 .10. Issuance of Permit• conditions. <br /> Subd. 1 . Permit Issuance. If the Administrator determines <br /> that the applicant has satisfied the requirements <br /> of this Chapter, the Administrator may issue a <br /> permit . <br /> Subd. 2 . Conditions . The Administrator may impose <br /> reasonable conditions upon the issuance of the <br /> permit and the performance of the applicant <br /> thereunder to protect the public health, safety and <br /> welfare to ensure the structural integrity of the <br /> right-of-way, to protect the property and safety of <br /> other users of the right-of-way, and to minimize <br /> the disruption and inconvenience to the traveling <br /> public. <br /> Sec. 360.11. Right-of-Way Permit Fees. <br /> Subd. 1 Excavation Permit Fee.
