If you elect to not have Ehresmann Engineering complete this <br /> final inspection, Ehresmann Engineering can not be held <br /> responsible for installation of antennas , antenna mounts , <br /> feedlines and/or modification materials in accordance with <br /> our analysis and specification. <br /> we would like to point out the fact that we considered this <br /> tower . to be in near new condition when completing our struc- <br /> tural analysis. No allowance was made for missing, corrod- <br /> ing or deteriorating tower members. <br /> This report is based on the following: <br /> 1.. mower properly installed and maintained. <br /> 2. All members in good condition. <br /> 3 . All members in place. <br /> 4. All bolts in place and properly tightened. <br /> 5 . weep holes on tube and pipe members open. <br /> 6. Tower being in plumb condition with proper guy tension. <br /> installed. <br /> 7 . All tower members being properly designed, detailed, <br /> fabricated, installed and maintained over the years. <br /> Ehresmann Engineering Inc. is not responsible for any modi- <br /> fications completed prior to or hereafter which Ehresmann <br /> Engineering Inc. is not or was not directly involved. <br /> Modifications to include but are not limited to: <br /> 1. Replacing or strengthening bracing members. <br /> 2. Reinforcing vertical members in any manner. <br /> 3 . Adding or relocating stabilizers. <br /> 4. Installing antenna mounting gates or side arms . <br /> 5 . Changing guy sizes and related hardware. <br /> 6. Installing new anchors and anchor shafts. <br /> 7.
